30min is te kort en dat is best prijzig. Het is wel erg leuk en doordat er een max aantal personen mag, is het nooit te druk.

We didn't ski, but looked at it through the glass. Wish they had a winter cafe with mulled wine at the top!

A Ski Lesson I’ll Never Forget 4th March class 4/5 level 7pm class!!!! I was so excited for this ski class, hoping to build on what I had learned just two months ago. I even handed in my last class certificate, thinking it would help the instructor guide me better. But after only two downhill tries, he told me to stay on the lower slope and practice alone without any coach watching.( Its dangerous Not safe, doing it on my own without knowing how to do it, I have injured broken wrist and knee.) everyone else moved on with him. I stood there, watching them continue without me, feeling completely abandoned. The coach never encouraged me—not once. No enough guidance, no support, just a feeling that I wasn’t good enough to be part of the group. Instead of helping me improve, he made me feel like a burden. I wasn’t expecting this experience to end in headaches and tears. I felt embarrassed, singled out, and like I didn’t belong. My self-confidence dropped to zero. Instead of encouragement, I was left with frustration and disappointment. All the money and time I invested in this class were completely wasted. We drove two hours for what should have been a positive learning experience, but instead, I was left with nothing but regret. I deserved guidance, respect, and support—but instead, I was ignored. The worst experience even have in any coaching class. The manager said to me there is no way to have a refund!!! Definitely not recommend this ski center if you are fresh learner.

I complete the level 4-5 snowboarding lesson with Tony, whom is fantastic and brought a bunch of positive energy to the session today. He’s great at building your confidence as you learn to be comfortable with turns and it really made a difference for me. He has a particularly keen eye for spotting little mishaps, I thought locking my knees out had gone unnoticed because he was helping another student, but sure enough when I’d reached the top of the slope he pointed it out and offered an alternative solution. Tony is a great asset to the Snozone and recommend people to directly ask for him. Thank you!

So disappointed!!! Wanted to book a birthday party at MK Snowzone. As I had some questions I tried to call but no one picks up.....sat on the line listening to pipe music and adverts about becoming a member. Tried to call on 4 different days and obviously they are making enough money to forget about customer care and have no need for group bookings.

Disappointing service from Snozone Milton Keynes!!!! Refund not yet received from a booking cancelled in January which was accepted via email and was told would be processed, it is now March and no refund received. No response from emails and not helpful on the phone. Was told on the phone when called at the end of February that the weekends were not counted in the days in which the refund would be processed and to call again if payment not yet received after a week - Given that the cancellation was made in January and I called at the end of February. The line is always busy or continuously ringing with no one to accept the call. It is now March. Customer service does not seem to exist.

The slope is a bit neglected and needs attention. Some places are completely iced up and some are worn out down to the carpet.

Took my son for a few hours skiing, over the past few years I must have spent well over £1,000 on lessons / lift passes. Today I walked in with a coffee from another establishment and was asked to leave. This really wound me up.. To think they are so greedy to not let you watch your son ski without paying for their highly priced drinks..

2 of us spent the day here, we had a great time, the slope is far superior to a dry slope and good fun to practice and keep up your skills. We really enjoyed it and will definitely come back. The cafe/restaurant is perfect to grab a drink and something to eat if you want a break for a while or once you have finished, all the staff were friendly and courteous, couldn't fault anything 👏

Kids loved it, almost like the real ski ing experience. Not worth buying the whole day pass unless you are a beginner and practising. Otherwise, the slope is small (ish) and gets boring. But I loved the fact that you can stay for a coffee for a few hours while kids had fun..

My first private lesson was not a success and I left feeling very nervous about my upcoming ski holiday, the second lesson which I had with Freya could not have been further apart from the first lesson. Freya was an excellent instructor, she filled me with confidence and I learnt so much. For the cost of these lessons it should only be instructors like Freya taking them, my first instructor was nice but there was no comparison between the two. My children had lessons with Dominic and Daniel and they were also brilliant. The cafe is not great and toilets were gross every time we visited.

I had booked an adults beginners lesson level 1+2 on Friday 21st for 9am and my partner had a lift pass from 9-12. We arrived on time (45 mins prior to booking) however on google/the website it stated that the dome opened at 9 - which was confusing when visiting for the first time. Upon arrival, there was no clear signage or helpful staff to point us in the right direction for the lesson or collecting equipment. We had to assume by following other customers. Due to this we were running slightly behind . By this point I had joined a long queue in which I thought I was collecting my equipment from, I was then finally found by the instructor who was extremely blunt and rushed me into getting ready - making me feel bad for the other people on the lesson. After getting ready and returning I had apologised to the instructor but I was ignored. Perhaps my partner and I should have been a bit more organised, however we shouldn’t have been made to feel bad because of this. The lesson began and I hadn’t been told about any rules regarding keeping helmet and gloves on at all times - apart from the email which is easily forgettable. Something I was later shouted at and embarrassed by another member of staff - when I wasn’t even ‘on’ a slope, just standing near the entrance. With snowboarding being quite a physically demanding sport, I would have thought a stretching routine may have been implemented at the start to ensure our muscles were warmed up - especially considering the temperature of the slopes! The lesson felt rushed with no full explanations being given - only demonstrations with little to no depth. It felt as if the instructors don’t want you to advance quickly so you have to buy more lessons. The best tip I got was given to me right at the end of the lesson, at which point I felt fully confident and ready to practice everything we had learnt - only for us to go down the full slope once without any real time to put it all together. We also left the slope with 15 minutes left on the lesson which were wasted handing out certificates! I feel like I could have learnt a lot more and saved money just watching a YouTube video and getting a lift pass. My partner also had some issues regarding the staff helping put her board together as well as waxing - she got sent by 3 different people multiple places to go to get wax. And in the end had to buy some and was offered servicing despite the fact they didn’t actually have any at that time. Each staff member she spoke to was rude and reluctant to help - including the cafe staff who were also blunt and uninterested to serve the customers. We understand it was the end of half-term and a very busy period, but this shouldn’t be an excuse for poor customer service! We feel that our time and money was wasted, we won’t be returning or recommending snozone in the future.

Visited Sunday 23rd February, attended the level 3-4 lessons and was taught by the fantastic Sarah Allen. Her skiing knowledge and execution was impeccable. Made me feel at ease and I learnt a lot in the 3 hours we had. Highly recommend it and if you can get taught by Sarah then even better!
